This Privacy Policy explains how Remington Blackwell Capital (“Remington Blackwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit remingtonblackwell.com (the “Site”), submit our funding-request form, or respond to one of our advertisements (including a Facebook or Instagram instant form).

Remington Blackwell is an independent lead-generation, referral, and advisory service that connects business owners with one or more third-party funding partners. We are not a lender, not a loan broker acting for you, not a broker-dealer, and not a credit repair organization. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, set rates or terms, guarantee funding or approval, or perform credit repair. We charge you nothing — we are paid by our funding partner(s).

1.Who we are

Remington Blackwell Capital is a brand operated by Njord Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We operate the Site and generate leads for small-business funding, which we refer to one or more established third-party funding partners who evaluate and fund deals. This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and our advertising forms. It does not govern the separate privacy practices of any funding partner or other third party.

2.Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use our funding-request form or an advertisement instant form, we collect the information you submit, which may include:

Your name, business name, email address, and phone number;
Business details such as the amount of funding you are seeking, average monthly revenue range, time in business, use of funds, and industry;
Your communications consent and the date and time it was given.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and campaign or click identifiers (for example, UTM parameters and Google or Meta click IDs). We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (see “Cookies, analytics & advertising” below).

3.How we use your information

To connect you with one or more funding partners for a funding consultation and to evaluate your request;
To contact you about your request and funding options by phone call, text message (SMS), and email;
To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site and our marketing;
To keep records of the leads we refer; and
To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

4.How we share your information

We share the information you submit with:

Funding partner(s) — one or more third-party funding partners — so they can contact you and evaluate and fund your request. Once your information reaches a funding partner, that partner handles it under its own privacy policy;
Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, such as hosting, form and lead-delivery, email and SMS delivery, and analytics vendors;
Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Remington Blackwell, our users, or the public; and
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not permit our service providers to use your information for their own purposes. See “Your privacy choices & rights” below for how a referral to a funding partner may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws, and how to opt out.

5.Calls, texts & emails (your consent)

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that Remington Blackwell Capital and its funding partner(s) may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the number and address you provide — including through automated dialing or messaging technology — about funding options. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message or contact us. To stop calls, tell us during any call or contact us using the details below.

6.Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. This includes Google Analytics (site analytics) and the Meta Pixel (to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads). These providers may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit this tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, your Meta ad preferences, and the industry opt-outs at the DAA and NAI. Some browsers offer a “Global Privacy Control” signal, which we honor where required by law.

7.Your privacy choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, in California, Virginia, Colorado, and other states), including the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to appeal our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We do not sell your personal information for money. However, because we are a lead-generation service, our referral of your information to a funding partner, and our use of advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws. You may opt out by emailing hello@remingtonblackwell.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” or by using the browser and industry opt-outs listed above.

8.Data retention

We keep the information we collect for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — including to refer and service your request, to keep business records, and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements — and then delete or de-identify it.

9.Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Third-party links & services

The Site and our partners' communications may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
