These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of remingtonblackwell.com (the “Site”) and the funding-request and referral service offered by Remington Blackwell Capital, a brand operated by Njord Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Remington Blackwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting our form, or responding to one of our advertisements, you agree to these Terms.

1.What Remington Blackwell is — and is not

Remington Blackwell is an independent lead-generation, referral, and advisory service that connects business owners with one or more third-party funding partners. We are not a lender, not a loan broker acting for you, not a broker-dealer, and not a credit repair organization. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, set rates, fees, or terms, guarantee funding or approval, or perform credit repair. All funding is provided, underwritten, and decided solely by third-party funding partners.

2.No fees to you

Our service is free to you. Remington Blackwell is compensated by its funding partner(s) when a referred deal is funded. We do not charge you a fee to see your options, to be referred, or to be contacted.

3.No guarantee of funding

Submitting the form does not create any obligation to fund you and is not an application for credit with Remington Blackwell. All funding decisions, amounts, rates, fees, terms, and timelines are determined solely by the third-party funding partner(s), in their discretion and subject to their own underwriting and agreements. Any timeframe we mention (for example, “funded in as little as 24 hours”) reflects a best-case scenario for approved applicants and is not typical or guaranteed.

4.Eligibility

To use our service you must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and seeking funding for a business or commercial purpose (not personal, family, or household use). You must be an owner, officer, or authorized representative of the business you submit.

5.Your responsibilities

You will provide accurate, current, and complete information;
You are authorized to submit information on behalf of the business you name and to consent to contact at the number and address you provide;
You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and will not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it.

6.Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by Remington Blackwell and its funding partner(s) by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — including through automated technology — as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time as described in the Privacy Policy (for texts, reply STOP).

7.Third-party funding partners

Your relationship with any funding partner is solely between you and that partner and is governed by that partner's own agreements, disclosures, and privacy practices. Remington Blackwell is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any product, service, rate, term, decision, approval, denial, act, or omission of any funding partner.

8.Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the Remington Blackwell name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

9.Disclaimers

The Site and our service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any referral will result in funding.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remington Blackwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our service or any dealings with a funding partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remington Blackwell from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

12.Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
